Q. Will Westfield buy my property?
A. Almost certainly. Please ring our office for an answer in principal over the telephone.
Q. How long does it take?
A. Our quickest purchase took just 2 hours! We will however fit in fully with your time scale. Just let us know when you want
to receive our cheque.
Q. How many people will you send round my house?
A. In most cases one person will look over your property, this usually takes 5 minutes. This causes less stress as in many
cases when selling on the open market your buyers will usually require a building society surveyor, structural engineer,
surveyor for timber and damp proof problems, a heating surveyor, electrical surveyor etc. - the list can be endless!
Q. How much will you offer for my property?
A. Each property is individual and its value is determined by many factors including location, condition, saleability, current
buyer requirements and general market fluctuations. Are you prepared to wait an unknown period of time and incur the costs
associated with selling on the open market including estate agents costs, advertising costs, costs of brochures,
solicitors costs, mortgage repayments whilst the property is for sale, VAT on all the costs and an uncertain selling price
at the end of several months of advertising? The final figure you receive for your property with those deductions is very much
an unknown figure. Imagine how much easier it would be for you to work out your finances for your next property if you had a definate
cash price NOW as opposed to an unknown figure in six to twelve months time and the amount of deductions you would
have to take off that figure to arrive at the true net price.
