Q. Do I need a solicitor?
A. You will need a solicitor to act for you ensure that all the legalities are dealt with in a proper and professional manner. As part of our package we will pay your reasonable solictors costs associated with your sale, and therefore our offer is the actual sum of money you will receive without deductions. We can recommend a solicitor should you wish us to do so.

Q. My property needs repairs and improvements and may not be ready to put on the market in the normal manner?
A. We often buy properties which require modernisation and/or updating so there are no problems.

Q. Will I receive an offer in writing and how long will the offer remain open for?
A. You will receive a written offer which will remain open for thirty days, after which we reserve the right to review that offer in the light of the changing market values.

Q. If I accept your offer will I be forced out of my home?
A. Absolutely not. We will fit in fully with your timescale for moving and will not be unreasonable on moving dates.

Q. What happens if I change my mind and decide not to sell?
A. We are happy to give you whatever advice we can, completely without cost or obligations and even if we proceed and you do change your mind, there will be no costs incurred with us whatsoever.
